The North Fork Patrol and local neighbors have been checking on properties for damage from the past weeks of wet and windy weather. Landowners are being notified of any damages or of downed trees on structures.
Many driveways have trees across them so be prepared and have a saw available. Although the weather has calmed down, trees can still fall due to the moist soils and occasional gusts, so be careful.
