There is a pending amendment to our North Fork Neighborhood Plan zoning regulations regarding setbacks and road definitions. This could have significant impacts. There is a workshop this Thursday August 20th at 4:00 pm at Sondreson Hall detailing the proposed amendment, answering questions and addressing concerns.
